Help in Relief

“True spirituality is revealed not only through prayer, but through selfless service. Wherever there is suffering, compassion must arrive first.”

Natural disasters and humanitarian crises can strike without warning, leaving countless families in distress and uncertainty. In these challenging moments, Shri Shri Gita Society stands beside affected communities with compassion, timely relief, and unwavering support, helping them restore hope and rebuild their lives with dignity.

Every year, the Society actively conducts flood relief missions in affected regions, providing essential food supplies, clean drinking water, clothing, medicines, hygiene kits, and other basic necessities to families in need. Our mission goes beyond emergency assistance—we strive to reassure every individual that they are not alone in their time of crisis.

Serving Humanity During the COVID-19 Pandemic

During the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the greatest humanitarian crises of our time, Shri Shri Gita Society carried out large-scale relief efforts across multiple communities. Through the dedicated service of our volunteers, we provided food, groceries, masks, sanitizers, clothing, and other essential supplies to nearly 500,000 people, including daily wage earners, migrant workers, and economically vulnerable families.

We believe that service to humanity is the highest expression of compassion. Every relief effort is not merely the distribution of aid—it is a message of hope, solidarity, and human dignity.

Today, our humanitarian initiatives continue to respond to natural disasters, emergencies, and communities in need. Together, we are working toward a world where compassion is not just an emotion, but a shared responsibility.

“When we extend a helping hand to those in crisis, we do more than provide relief—we restore hope, preserve dignity, and reaffirm our shared humanity.”
