Sanskaar Shiksha Paathshala is a value-based educational initiative of Shri Shri Gita Society, dedicated to nurturing young minds through education, character development, spiritual wisdom, and cultural values. Conducted in the sacred city of Varanasi, the Paathshala complements modern education by helping children develop compassion, discipline, integrity, self-confidence, and a deeper understanding of life.
Inspired by the vision of Swami Vivekananda, we believe that education should reach every child, regardless of social or economic circumstances. Our mission is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and discover their highest potential in a loving and inspiring environment.
The curriculum integrates academic support with value-based education, introducing children to the timeless wisdom of the Vedas, Upanishads, Vedanta, Yoga Sutras, Brahma Sutras, Ramayana, Srimad Bhagavad Gita, and the inspiring lives of India’s great sages and spiritual masters. These teachings are presented in a practical and age-appropriate manner, enabling children to apply universal values in their daily lives.
Beyond academics, the Paathshala offers meditation, yoga, moral education, creative arts, music, cultural activities, leadership training, quizzes, personality development, and life-skills programs, fostering the holistic development of every child.
As part of our educational outreach, we also distribute school supplies, books, stationery, educational materials, clothing, and nutritious meals to children from underserved communities, ensuring that learning is supported with care, dignity, and encouragement.
Special initiatives such as self-defence training for girls, environmental awareness programs, cultural festivals, and community service activities help children develop confidence, responsibility, and leadership qualities while remaining deeply connected to universal human values.
