Now a days it would not be difficult to see obese kids. Mobile addiction and less involvement in outdoor activities have even make kids obese. It is not good for children as they get entrapped by various diseases at an early age. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to make yoga part of their life since childhood for their good health. Kids are spry and playful as their friskiness can be easily observed in home. They are energy’s powerhouse, and agile as well. There is a need to channelize child’s positive energy in the right direction through yoga. Habits of childhood remain with us life-long. So, cultivating the habit of yoga among children since from their childhood guarantees their fitness and physical well-being for an entire life. We at Shri Shri Gita Society teaches yoga to kids in such a way that they enjoy and have fun while learning yoga. Our sessions helps kids to improve their concentration and their thinking ability through meditation.
