Inspiring Young Minds Through Timeless Wisdom
“When children are introduced to timeless wisdom at an early age, they grow into compassionate leaders, responsible citizens, and enlightened human beings.”
The International Bhagavad Gita Quiz Competition, organized annually by Shri Shri Gita Society, is a unique global initiative dedicated to inspiring young minds through the timeless teachings of the Srimad Bhagavad Gita. Every year, thousands of students from India and different parts of the world participate in this enriching educational journey, making it one of the largest value-based spiritual quiz competitions.
Designed especially for school students, the competition transforms the summer vacation into an opportunity for learning, self-discovery, and character building. More than a quiz, it is a movement that encourages children to explore universal values such as wisdom, self-discipline, compassion, courage, responsibility, and ethical living.
To help participants prepare, the Society organizes interactive workshops, spiritual learning sessions, and guided discussions, along with specially designed study booklets that present the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita in a simple, engaging, and age-appropriate manner. These learning resources enable students to understand the practical relevance of ancient wisdom in modern life.
The objective of the competition is not merely to test knowledge but to inspire children to cultivate strong moral values, emotional resilience, leadership qualities, and spiritual awareness. By introducing timeless wisdom during the formative years, we help young minds develop clarity, confidence, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility towards society.
Our Vision
To create a global community of young learners inspired by the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, empowering them to lead lives of purpose, compassion, wisdom, and service while contributing to a more peaceful and harmonious world.
“True education is not measured by how much we know, but by how wisely we live. Wisdom awakens character, and character shapes the future of humanity.”
